About the Bakery

Every cookie is baked out of our home in accordance to the Texas Cottage Food Law. All cookies must picked up from our home bakery. We will schedule a pickup window for you at the time your order is secure. We respectfully ask that you stick to that time schedule.

Yes. A delivery fee will incur based on distance. An exact quote for mileage can be provided at the time an order is placed.

To secure a spot on the cookie calendar, your invoice must be paid. We ask for a 2 weeks notice for all orders. If you need your cookies sooner than 2 weeks, a rush fee will incur of 10% of your orders’ total. No new cookies orders will be accepted within 4 days of your event/requested date as it usually takes multiple days to bake and decorate cookies.

Once your order details have been confirmed, we will send you an invoice to pay your balance. The order must be paid within 48 hours to hold your spot on our calendar. If the invoice is not paid, the spot will open back up to the next customer.

Small cookie order must be paid for in full at the time the order is placed. Large cookie orders may pay a 50% deposit to secure the date with the remainder paid in full prior to delivery.

In the event of a cancellation, a portion or all the deposit/ payment will be non-refundable, depending on the date of cancellation. All sales are final.

Yes. Our current minimum order is one dozen.

All cookies are individually heat sealed and are packaged in a bakery box.

We currently do not offer any special “diet” cookies (gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free). Our recipe does not include nuts; however, the cookies are not made in a peanut-free kitchen. Our royal icing recipe does contain almond extract, but we are willing to modify upon request.

Our cookies are made from scratch with the best and freshest ingredients. We never use artificial preservatives. Decorated cookies should be eaten within 2 weeks and should be stored in an airtight container at room temperature. If you choose, you may freeze the cookies for up to 4 weeks, but please note that the icing may run during the thawing process.

While characters are incredibly popular for parties, those characters are often copyrighted. Because of this we do not take orders that would have us replicate copyrighted characters or logos. (For example, superheroes like Superman, Batman, Spiderman or Disney characters like Elsa, Moana, Ariel, ect.) We will however be happy to design a set of cookies to coordinate with your theme, colors, and decorations.

While we love getting good inspiration from Pinterest and other sites, please know that we do not copy other bakers’ designs. Out of respect for the original designer, we will use images of cookies as inspiration for creating something that is just as beautiful but new and unique to your purchase.
